Creating a New Order Status

Order status indicates an order’s progress from creation to completion. Each service type can include a number of associated order statuses. If your subscription level allows it, create statuses and set up data entry fields corresponding to the order status. This allows assigned users to input information relevant to the order’s progress on the mobile device app.
